NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Archer Lodge Board of
Adjustment has called a SPECIAL MEETING for Tuesday, July 21,
2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the Jeffrey D. Barnes Council Chambers,
Archer Lodge Town Hall, 14094 Buffalo Rd, Archer Lodge, NC 27527.
The PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL MEETING is for the following items:
• Quasi-Judicial Public Hearing on a Variance Application
submitted by Abdo Sharhan of Sharhan Properties LLC for a
variance from the Perimeter Buffer standards (Ch. 30-Article 6-
Division 5-Sec. 30-6501(k) Perimeter buffers) to redevelop the
property as a gas station, on a 1.87 acre lot at 13785 Buffalo
Road, Archer Lodge, NC. This property is owned by Sharhan
Properties LLC and is referenced as Johnston County parcel tag
id number 16J03037D.
