called a Special Meeting for Monday, October 26, 2026, at 3:00
p.m. in the Jeffrey D. Barnes Council Chambers at Archer Lodge Town
Hall (14094 Buffalo Rd., Archer Lodge, NC 27527).

The purpose of the Special Meeting is for the following item:
