Archer Lodge employees continue to work for our citizens and do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep our staff, citizens, and customers healthy.
Town Hall Business Hours, Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Closed on Friday).
All planning and zoning submittals (plats, minor subdivisions, rezoning/special use applications, major subdivision, commercial site plan) should be submitted electronically to email@example.com or sent to our office via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or you may drop off at Town Hall, located at 14094 Buffalo Rd., Archer Lodge, NC 27527.
All planning consultations will be conducted via digital media or by phone conference calls. Please contact planning staff at (919) 359.9727 or firstname.lastname@example.org .
In-person TRC meetings are by appointment only.
Comments from TRC review will be emailed to the designated individual as indicated on the respective application.
The Planning Board meeting schedule is subject to change as necessary.
Announcements of any cancellations or rescheduling will be posted at Town Hall, on the Town's Digital Sign, Website, and Social Media.
Payments can be made by cash, checks, credit cards, or on the Town Website (see below). Please reference the project or applicant name on your check.
